Job description

  • Direct, mentor, and manae a high-performing team of 4 recruiters, fostering accountability and continuous professional growth.
  • Oversee the team’s execution to ensure alignment with high growth company hiring goals while maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing initiatives to build strong, diverse talent pipelines across highly competitive global markets.
  • Identify and leverage the most effective sourcing channels, talent communities, and outreach approaches—utilizing data, market insights, referrals, social media, AI tools, and creative engagement methods.
  • Use advanced talent analytics to track, measure, and optimize every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proactively monitor key metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions based on data insights.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance comprehensive recruiting dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide clear visibility into core metrics including hiring progress, funnel performance, team productivity, candidate experience, and macro recruitment trends.

Ensure Excellent Candidate Experience:

  • Journey Mapping: Foster a positive, transparent, and engaging recruitment journey from the very first point of contact through to the final hiring decision.
  • Feedback Loops: Continuously measure, evaluate, and improve the candidate experience using structured feedback and data insights.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and leading a recruitment team (recruiters and sourcers) in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience within global, high-growth technology companies or startups.
  • Proven experience recruiting across international markets, with a strong focus on the US and Israel talent landscapes (Tech and Non-Tech roles).

  • Data-Driven Approach: Deep analytical skills with a proven ability to build dashboards, interpret recruitment metrics, and use data to solve pipeline bottlenecks and guide leadership decisions.
  • Advanced Sourcing: Expert-level knowledge of modern sourcing tools, AI recruitment software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outbound strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner closely with senior executives and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
  • Adaptability: A thrives-in-chaos mindset—comfortable with shifting priorities, aggressive scaling goals, and dynamic business needs.
