FP&A Manager

We are looking for a hands-on FP&A Manager to own and operate the company’s entire FP&A function end-to-end. This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and personally driving financial planning, analysis, and insight across the business. This role is a sole contributor position with full responsibility for building, running, and continuously improving FP&A processes, models, and reporting. You will work closely with the executive team and business leaders, serving as the company’s go-to finance partner while independently delivering high-quality financial outputs. This role is expected to evolve into a managerial position in the near future, with responsibility for building and leading a small FP&A team.

What You’ll Do:

• Fully own the FP&A function end-to-end, acting as the single point of responsibility for planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Personally build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Serve as a hands-on business partner to the executive team and business units, providing direct financial insight and decision support
• Independently develop, improve, and operate financial and operational models, including project profitability and resource allocation analysis
• Directly prepare and deliver management reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and trend analysis
• Drive cost monitoring and control through close, hands-on collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Personally lead automation efforts and system improvements, identifying opportunities and implementing best-in-class solutions
• Support strategic initiatives and ongoing business topics with in-depth financial analysis and recommendations
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of all FP&A outputs to stakeholders across the company

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A in high-growth, or startup environments
• Hands-on ownership of core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, cashflow, HC and management reporting
• Demonstrated experience personally building and maintaining financial and operational models from scratch
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for executives and business stakeholders
• Experience working closely with senior leadership as a trusted business partner
• High level of autonomy with a track record of independent execution and full accountability for deliverables
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, combined with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, and system enhancements within finance
• Ability to thrive as a sole contributor, prioritizing effectively and managing multiple workstreams end-to-end
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Growth mindset and readiness to evolve into a managerial role, including building and leading a small FP&A team in the future
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools, planning systems, or ERP tools is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
