Reporting to – Business Development & Operations Manager

What will you be doing?

As Sales Operations Manager, you play a critical role in scaling Exodigo's growth. Here are some key roles and responsibilities of this job:

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies to streamline the sales process and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
  • Manage sales data and analytics, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in sales strategy and execution
  • Identify and resolve operational issues that are hindering sales performance and develop processes and procedures to address these issues
  • Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of the team
  • Manage the sales technology stack, including CRM, sales enablement, and other sales-related tools
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership on sales performance and progress against goals

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2-5 years of experience with inside sales/ business team, preferably within a startup environment, with a proven track record of success
  • Highly proficient with Hubspot (2 years minimum) – strong advantage!
  • Experience with SAAS tools such as – Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Lemlist, bidding platforms, data management software, etc. - advantage!
  • Experience integrating and implementing new software
  • Excellent English – mandatory (read/write/speak)
  • Ability to work in a team-goal-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working with a global team (U.S, Europe and Israel)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to proactively recommend ideas and execute planned activities
  • Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices, and principles
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Experience with industries such as – government agencies, transportation, utilities, and construction – a plus
